Job Nature: Full Time

Educational Requirement: Master’s Degree from any reputed university.

Experience Requirement: 10-12 Years

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

· Responsible for Procuring Lands to increase the Company's Portfolio.

· Collect Land information from various Sources/ Locations.

· Frequently visit Lands, follow up, Negotiate with Prospects, and keep proper records for Management information.

· Prepare Land Proposal for Land Development.

· Ensure proper coordination and liaison with the Land Owners.

· Define and Follow Up to meet Yearly Targets and Objectives.

· Determine New Opportunities by Analyzing Business Needs.
